MUSIC AS A UNIFICATOR
The world is becoming is a big village; different languages may be spoken and different habits may determine the sociocultural life, depending on the ‘neighbourhood’. Nevertheless are there ways to recognize oneself in one’s neighbour and communicate with them. One of those is undoubtedly music. By fusing music, in this case to combine musical elements closely related to one's cultural identity, one can maximalise this wider identification process.
Fusion Embassy believes it can contribute through this bottom-up approach to better intercultural understanding, a positive acceptance of social and technological evolutions and the creation of modern vessels for valuable traditions.
